REPORT OF TEXAS UTILITIES COMPANIES - MARCK,.1980 Pursuant to the direction of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board during the Special Prehearing Conference on June 21, 1978 (Tr. 124-125) in South Texas, and during the conference in Comanche Peak and South Texas on December 5, 1978 (Tr. 79-90) , the Texas Utilities Company System ("TU")

submits this report on discovery during the month of March, .

1980 During the month of March, counsel for TU participated in the depositions of Messrs. Bruggeman, Springs, Wenders, Wilson, and Wood.

During March, TU received the updated response of Tex-La to TU's first set of interrogatories and requests for production of documents, and TU also filed supplementary answers to the following sets of interrogatories and requests for production of documents: Central Power & Light Company's first and third sets; the NRC Staff's initial and third sets; and the Department of Justice 's first set.
