INTERVENOR HEREIN, and moves this Board to granci an extension of time for the filing of " MOTION TO CONSIDER CASE CONTENTION NO. 8 0F POSITION ON CONTENTIONS BY CASE (CITIZENS ASSOCIATION FOR SOUND ENERGY)" and " POSITION ON CONTENTIONS BY CASE (CITIZENS ASSOCIATION FOR SOUND ENERGY)" from April 10, 1980, to April 11, 1980.
The aforementioned pleadings were placed in the mail at 12:15 A.M. April 11, 1980, and~should arrive in the hands of all parties at about the same time as this pleading.
Due to the extensive nature of the two pleadings and circumstances outlined in CASE's 4/10/80 " POSITION ON CONTENTIONS BY CASE (CITIZENS 4
