On March 25, 1980. I wrote to you requesting detailed information on an NRC show-cause order of about March 6 to the Toleco Edison Company as to why it should not upgrade the staff-ing at Davis-Besse to the levels required by its ooerating i
license, or alternhtively why Davis-Besse should not be shut down immediately.
I have not se yet received any reply from you. I am therefore renewing my request for a copy of that NRC order, togeth=r with any supporting documentation such as NEC staff inspection reports..
You are aware by our past correspondence that my clients, the Coelition, consist of sany citizens of northwest Ohio who i
are concerned about managerial and operational deficiencies at j
