Dear Mr. Kammerer:
Enclosed is a copy of a letter from the County Commissioners of Lincoln County, Maine, to Chairman Ahearne.
As you can see, the letter is dated December 31, 1979, and I was recently notified by the County Commissioners that they have yet to receive a response.
