Attorney G nneral Be.njaania R. Civ11etti said the nine' count indictment was returned by a' Fedwal Orand Jury in Springfie' 1111oots.
In addition to the cesapany, the defendanta are Richolas Kaliviannkis, 48, superintendent of the Quad-Cities Ruclear 8tatici and Unitor Meehan, 59, the station's security Director.
The indictment said the defendanta conspired to evade complainee with a security plan approved by the Raclent Regulatory Cor:iccion for opcration of the plant.
