' Licensee shcIl file with the Customs Officer er the Postmester two copies,in cddi-tion to those otherwise required, of the Shipper's Export Declarction covering each export and merk ene of such copies for transmittel to the U.S. Nuclecr Regu-Ictory Commission, Washingten, D.C. 20553. The following decicretion should cc-company or be picced en the Shipper's Expert Cec!crations for such exports:

this license, or cny change in the lecction of the packaging operchon, at lecst three weeks prior to the scheduled dcte of expert.
