NRC Inspection The item identified in Appendix A of the above reference was corrected immediately upon demonstration by the inspectors of the defective mechanism by installation of a temporary chain and lock system. A permanent chain and lock system has now been installed.
We believe that the above corrective action will prevent any future infractions of this nature.
