Develop containment criteria for normal conditions of transport and accident. damage conditions. Regulatory Guide 7.4 may be used in establishing this criteria.

Show that the containment criteria established in Item 1 above, is satisfied for the proposed contents.

Provide the supporting information (i.e., test, analysis, assessment, etc.) used to demonstrate the adequacy of the containment system.

Specify the maintenance program, including schedules of test and repairs to be used to ensure system performance.
