Fiorelli, Chie , [[//h s Reactor Construction and Engineering Support Branch Inspection Summary Meetings on February 20 and 27, 1980 (Report Nos. 50-546/80-07; 50-547/80-07 Areas Inspected: These were special announced meetings to discuss the development of the licensee's response to the " Order Confirming Suspension of Construction" dated August 15, 1979 and the method for resumption of , receipt inspection activities. These meetings involved a total of 75 i inspector-hours at the RIII office by ten NRC inspectors. Results: No items of noncompliance or deviations were identified.

2. Meeting The meeting was initiated by PSI to present their preliminary response to the nine issues identified in the NRC " Order Confirming Suspension of Construction", dated August 15, 1979. These discussions focused on the PSI draft response to the order. During the February 27, 1980 meeting, the method for resumption of receipt inspection activities was also discussed. Further meetings with NRC to discuss the licensee's progress regarding the issues identified in the August 15, 1979 order are planned. -2- }}
