SUBJECT:
PROPOSED EXPORT THAT NO LONGER REQUIRES COMMISSIONER REVIEW, XSNM01658 Enclosed for your review are copies of a pending export license application, favorable Executive Branch views, and proposed license for the expo't of LEU for two reloads of the Biblis Unit B Nuclear Power Plant in the KG.
Under revised 10 CFR Part 110 regulations, this type of export no longer recuires Commissioner review. Unless we are advised by your office, within 7 working days f. >m the date of this memorandum, of any particular issues which may require further analysis, it is IP's intention to issue a license for the croposed export.
