On March 14, 1980 Oregon's Energy Facility Siting Council issued an order suspending all further activities regarding the Pebble Springs case until July 1, 1981. Mr. Hampson' stated'that'i6 formulating his proposal, he had spoken with other Council members, with the Oregon Depart- . ment of Energy, with Portland General Electric Company (the lead applicant) and with Mr. Marbet of intervenor Forelaws on Board. After Mr. Hampson's presentation, the Chair solicited the view of Portland General Electric Company on behalf of the i 1 - ORDER
