This is in response to your letter dated March 14, 1980 in which you requested pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of the successful proposal for RFP RS-ED0-80-502, entitled, " Study and Review of Issues Concerning Equal Employment Opportunity at NRC."
This will also confirm the telephone conversation which you had with Mr.
John C. Carr of my staff on April 8, 1980 where he advised you that CRC Education and Human Development Inc. had justified withholding most aspects of their proposal as being proprietary information.
The ncn-proprietary documents of this proposal, which you agreed to accept are enclosed. The contract price was $197.114.00.
This completes action on your request.
