Dear Mr. Crocker:
I have received and read the file memorandum that you sent me on October 1.
Per your request, I have reviewed it for accuracy and, while it is substan-tively correct, a few minor corrections are in order.
Page 1, 3rd paragraph - 60 divisions, not 65 divisions.
Page 2,1st paragraph - should read National Board of Governors, not
" National Chapter Board".
Page 2, 3rd & 4th paragraph - National organization instead of National Chapter.
Page 4, 2nd paragraph - the Red Cross "could have spent" about $1,000,000, not "would have spent".
Page 5, 3rd paragrap.1 - The reference to a bill from the Hershey Corpora-tion should read "approximately $20,000", not
"$45,000".
The above corrections are minor and probably due to my failure to articulate my statements well or speaking "off the top of my head."
In any case, I trust that our conversation was of some value to your incuiry.
