Dear Mr. Grier:

This letter is submitted in response to the subject IE Bulletin for the SNUPPS Utilities, Kansas Gas and Electric Company, Union Electric Company and Rochester Gas and Electric Cceporation.

Charcoal adsorber cells have not been shipped to any SNUPPS site. The adsorber cells planned for use in the SNUPPS plants are of a different design and manufacturer than the type described in the Bulletin.
