MOTION BY BROWNSVILLE FOR LEAVE TO FILE COMMENTS The Public Utilities Board of the City of Brownsville hereby requests leave to file Comments on the Response of Central and South West Corporation to Opposition to Joint Motion for Extension of Time, filed on April 9, 1980, and in support thereof states:

1. The annexed comments of Brownsville are necessary to correct the distortion of Brownsville's position concerning its interest in seeking a prompt and reasonable settlement which will serve the public interest.

2. Brownsville believes that the arguments and pressures for settlement are such that Brownsville's position must be correctely stated to this Board .

WHEREFORE, Brownsville respectfully requests leave to file its Comments. .
