Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 10 CFR 50, Appendix J Requirements On October 29, 1975, we submitted a Technical Specification Change Request concerning the requirements of 10 CFR 50 Appendix J as it applied to TMI-I.
As a result of your review, you requested additional information within ten (10) days of the date of your April 14 letter.
(The letter was received by Met-Ed on April 17.) Because a response to your letter cannot be prepared in such a short time, we are requesting an extension, until May 5,1980, to forward our response.
