Dear Mr. Fouke:
I am writing in reference to your letter of April 15, 1980, in which you request certain documents. With respect to Item 1, on April 22, 1980, I sent you, b parcel (first class), the Comanche Peak Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) and FSAR Amendments 4 and 7.
FSAR Amendments 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9 and 10 and the Environmental Report are being sent by separate parcel (first class) today. As I may have explained to you, I had to obtain these documents from the NRC warehouse and therefore I have shipped them to you as soon as I received them.
Enclosed are the documer s listed in Item 2, which consist of the following a
enclosures to a letter oated April 19, 1978 from John F. Stolz of the NRC Staff to C. Eicheldinger, Manager, Nuclear Safety Department, Westinghouse Electric Corporation (a copy of that letter was sent to you on August 1, 1979):

Topical Report Evaluation WCAP-8567 3.
Safety Evaluation Report WCAP-8762 Concerning Items 3 and 4 of your request, as I have previously informed you (see letter of March 13,1980), the final versions of Vol. II of the Rogovin Report and "NRC Staff Action Plans" (NUREG-0660) are being pre-pared and copies will be provided to you upon issuance.
In response to your request for information concerning the NRC determina-tion of whether the Three Mile Island, Unit 2 accident constitutes an
" extraordinary nuclear occurrence" (EN0), as defined in 10 CFR 85 140.84 and 140.85, we have provided you with documents relevant to this issue as they have become available.
(See letters of January 29, 1980 and October 4, 1979). Enclosed is a copy of the April 16, 1980 determination of the Com-mission that the TMI-2 accident does not constitute an ENO.
