On October 19, G. H. Bidinger met with South Carolina officials who identified several !!RC licensees who have made numerous descrepant shipments to the Carn-well burial site. These licensees in your region are CP&L and VEPCO.

It is requested that, in conducting followup inspections for IE Culletin,io. 79-19, priority be given to inspecting these licensees.
