Dear Judge Murphy,
This letter is to confirm our plans to meet with you and your colleagues on April 23, 1980, to discuss the Nuclear Regulatory Comission regulatory program for nuclear power plants, including the resident inspection program.
A resident inspector, William Hansen, has been assigned for some months now to the Callaway County Nuclear Power Plant construction site. The meeting will be at 1:00 p.m. in the Callaway County Court House, Fulton, Missouri.
The meeting is intended to be informal. A tentative agenda is enclosed, and we will welcome any question you might have at the meeting.
We are looking forward to meeting you and your colleagues on April 23.
