Quality Assurance Progran for Shipping Activities Associated with NLI-1/2 LWT Cask
REFERENCE:
(a) Charles E, Mcdonald to A. E. Lundvall Letter dated March 7, 1980 Reference (a) requested that we identify a specific quality assurance program which will apply to our shipping activities associated with the NLI-1/2 LWT Cask.
i We will invoke the Quality Assurance Program developed by NL Industries for their cask. That program was submitted under Docket Number 71-9010 and was approved by NRC on February 5,1974. In addition, NL Industries submitted an update to their Quality Assurance Program in 1979 in compliance with 10 CFR 71, Appendix E.
