C. 20555 Gentlemen, FOI Request-Midland Nuclear Plant Midland, Michigan Dod:et Number: 50-This is to inform you that the original Consumer Power Company Midland Nuclear Plant Proposal as submitted on or about 1967-68 is not now available in the Grace A. Dow Memorial Library, Midland, Michigan. It is requested that the two volumns in question be replaced. As a matter of record one copy was furnished to the City of Midland, one and copy to the Midland County Board of Commissioners, one copy was on file at the library. (All are lost???)

This request is predicated that there is information in these reports that will be required to me as related to the current investigation as to the degree of settling of the generator building, and other buildings on the grounds of the complex.

I have made a full attempt to lo'cate the two volumn(s) without avail or cooperation!
