Dear Ms. Mcdonald:
This is in response to your letter of April 1, 1980, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of all applications for radioactive materials licensure as well as copies of the actual radioactive materials licenses issued to Pharmatopes, Inc., excluding Illinois.
Please find enclosed the documents which have been identified as being subject to your request. The charge for reproducing records, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(b), is ten cents ($.10) per page. You agreed, in your telephone conversation of April 16, 1980, with Ms. Sarah N. Wigginton of this office, to pay the cost of $156.00 for the reproduction of 1,560 pages.
Please send a check made payable to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the amount of $156.00, along with a copy of this letter to the Director, Division of Rules and ' Records, Room NMBB-4210, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission, Washington, DC 20555.
