Dear Mr. Power:
This is in response to your letter dated March 31, 1980 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, access to the entire contents of each issue of " Weekly Highlights" for the years 1976 to the present.
In response to your request, we wish to inform you that since December 16, 1977 copies of the internal NRC report " Weekly Highlights,"
now known as "Weelky Information Report," have been placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR), 1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20555.
They can be located in the Commissioner's Information File and are available for public inspection and copying.
The charge for reproducing records located in the PDR is eight cents ($0.08) p(er page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(a) of the Commission's regulations copy enclosed).
Upon your direct request to the PDR and your agreement to pay the reproduction charges, the PDR will arrange for the reports to be reproduced by Potomac Research, Inc., a private reproduction contractor servicing the PDR.
You will be billed directly by Potomac Research, Inc. for the reproduction charges plus tax and postage.
With respect to your request for fee waiver, please see 10 CFR 9.14(a)(g) of the enclosed copy of the Commission's regulations.
Regarding the March 24, 1976 report that you referred to in your letter, this is just one particular 1976 report that was maintained by a member of the staff. To the extent that we are aware, there are no other reports for 1976 or 1977.
This completes action on your request.
