Vissing Review Branch: Plant Systers, Reactor Safety Review Status: Complete The ISI task group has completed its review of the proposed inservice testing (IST) program and the requests for relief submitted by Arkansas Power and Light Company for the Arkansas Nuclear Unit One. Our review included the evaluation of the licensees submittals of June 18, 1977 and January 15, 1979, for compliance with the requirements set forth in Section XI of the 1974 ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and Sumner of 1975 Addenda. We conclude that the proposed IST program for ArCansas Unit One is acceptable. Our evaluation of the requests for relief from the testing requirements of Section II is included in the enclosure.,
