Dear Mr. Grossman:
This is in response to your letter dated April 8,1980 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of NRC translation 520: "Radioecological Assessment of the Wyhl Nuclear Power Plant."
In response to your request, please find enclosed a copy of the subject report.
l In a telephone conversation on April 17, 1980 between Mr. Dick Lavins of my staff and yourself, it was agreed that you would bear the cost of reproduction. The charge for reproduction is ten cents ($0.10) per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(b).
Accordingly, the cost of reproducing the enclosed 155 pages is $15.50.
Please send a check made payable to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the amount of $15.50, along with a copy of this letter to the Director, Division of Rules and Records, Room MNBB-4210, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, DC 20555.
