Reference is made to your letter of March 14, 1980 which provided notification that Certificate of Compliance No.
4824 for the Model No. HA-10 shipping package expires on May 31,1980.
This letter is notification to your office that Babcock &
Wilcox, Nuclear Materials and Manufacturing Division -
Pennsylvania Operations does not desire to continue use of the Model No. HA-10 shipping package; and therefore, does not desire renewal of the Certificate of Compliance No.
4824.
