Tnis is in response to your telecopy dated April 1,1980, which requested an exemption from the requirement of completing Form NRC-741 f or tile transfer of eo.pty (internally contaminated) uranium oxide powder cans to your powder supplier.
We hive determined that granting this request will not endanger the comen defense and security and that it is otherwise in the public interest. Accordingly, effective immediately, we are revising License Ccndition 6.5 of Arendment No. MPP-2 to your License No. SNM-ll68 to read as follows:
