Dear Mr Seyfrit:

In accordance with the requirements of 10CFR50.55(e), we are hereby providing two (2) copies of the Final Report of Significant Construction Deficiency No 13, "Re-actor Containment Building Dome Concrete".

All corrective action repairs for this deficiency have been completed and verifi-cation testing has been accomplished. If we can be of further assistance in this matter, please advise.
