The enclosed NRC Form 173, Standard Order for DOE Work, No. 80-80-008, is submitted in accordance with Section III.B.2 of the DOE /NRC Memorandum of Understanding, February 24, 1978.

This Work Order revises the schedule for the submission of the six draft guidance documents required by the Statement of Work attached to our Work Order #80-79-006, dated August 16, 1979.

This Work Order does not obligate any additional funds.

Please indicate DOE acceptance by signing and returning the enclosed NkC Form 173 to the NRC, Office of the Controller, Division of Accounting, with a copy to this office, attention: Marie Janinek.
