Since the star of the school year in October I have been. accumulating infor=ation frcm the . cast c.cerating reecrds of our AGN-201 reactor in order to write a formal application for "cis=antle ent of :.he f acility" si=ilar to the lengthy Oregon State University Plan that was sent to =>e with y:ur letter cf March 13, 1979.
