Crow, dated March 6, 1980 LNC's revised Emergcc.cy Plan (10 copies) was transnitted to you via the reference (1) letter. Revised pages (10 sets) for insertion into this plan are transmitted via this~ letter.
A change notice identifying the obsolete page - revision numbers to be withdrawn and the new pages to be inserted is included to facilitate the update.
We believe these revised pages will satisfactorily answer your questions and cor..rmnts as sumari:ed in the reference (2) letter.
We have also adjusted our plant evacuation drill commitment on
- p. 6.8-3 to equal that suggested by Reg. Guide 3.42.
The policy and pmcedure addressed in comment 10 of your latest letter has also been revised to clarify the points raised.
We suggest an effective date for the license amendment to be July 31, 1980.
