Dear Mr. Ebel:

This is in response to your letter dated March 18, 1980 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of certain proposals under RFP-RS-NMS80-024, " Development of an Advanced Material Accounting System Simulation Model."

We have been advised by our Division of Contracts that no contract award has been made as yet. However, an award is scheduled to be made sometime prior to the end of May. Upon the happening of that event, we will make available the non-proprietary version of the proposals submitted by SAI, Battelle and NUSAC.

LASL did not submit a proposal on this RFP.

If there are any costs involved, we will notify you at i. hat time.
