License No. NPF-1 Docket No. 50-344 Notice of Violation Based on the results of NRC inspections conducted during January 2-31, 1980, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in full compliance with conditions of your NRC Facility License No. NPF-1 as indicated below.
Facility Operating License No. NPF-1 requires in Section 2.d that, "The licensee shall maintain in effect and fully implement all pro-visions of the Commission... approved physical security plan, including amendments and changes made pursuant to the authority of 10 CFR 50.54(p)."
Contrary to the above, the requirements of the physical security plan (Section 1.6.2.7(1)) were not adhered to in that an onsite vehicle was left unattended in an unsecured condition.
This is an infraction.
