STIPULATION The permittee herein above named and the Enforcement Division of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region III, stipulate and agree ss follows:
1.
The permittee hereby withdraws its request for an adjudicatory hearing.
2.
The withdrawal of the request of Adjudicatory Hearing shall not be deemed to constitute any admission or agreement by Metropolitan Edison concerning the appropriateness of the effluent limitations applicable to outfall 005.
3.
There are no parties to these proceedings other than the parties making this stipulation.
