NRC STAFF MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME By Order dated March 7, 1980, the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board confirmed the stipulation among the parties setting the dates for submis-sion of post-hearing memoranda and reply memoranda on the aircraft crash probability issues for April 15 and May 9, 1980, respectively.

(See also Tr. 727)

Because of the press of other matters, Staff counsel are unable to meet the agreed upon dates. Thus, with the agreement of all of the other parties, the NRC Staff moves for an extension of time for the submission of post-hearing memoranda and reply memoranda by all parties, until April 30 and May 26, 1980, respectively.
