On January 16, 1975, we reported to Mr. Norman C. Moseley, Director, Office of Regulatory Operations, Region II, an environmental occurrence at Arkansas Nuclear One-Unit 1 involving fish impingement on the intake screens in excess of Enviranmental Technical Specification reporting requirements.
Attached is our report as required by Environmental Technical Specifica-tion 5.6.2.
