In accordance with Technical Specification 6.1.2.3.2, we have attached the subject reports concerning the high leakage rate of three reactor building penetrations exceeding the maximum allowable leakage rate of 60% La Per Technical Specification 4.4.1.2.3, and the failure to perform a monthly surveillance test on the diesel generator at the specified interval.
