Scope of Work is modified by adding the following:
1.
Development of expert engineering testimony to be presented in the South Texas Project / Comanche Peak antitrust hearing (s).
It is estimated that the Contractor will be expected to develop answers to questions perpared by fiRC staff.
Clerical assistance will be provided as needed.
2.
Three 3-day round trips between Phoenix, AZ and Washington, DC to discuss the expert engineering testirony.
