(" Applicant") objects to the " League of Women Voters of Rockford, Illinois' First Interrogatories To Commonwealth Edison Co.,"
dated March 12, 1980, on the ground that the Licensing Board has not yet ruled on the admissibility of any of the proposed contentions to which the League of Women Voters' Interrogatories refer, nor has the Licensing Board formally opened discovery (see:
transcript of prehearing conference, p. 38).
However, Appli-cant is willing t o respond to informal discovery with respect to such contentions, if any, which, after an adequate oppor-tunity for review, Applicant believes constitute valid con-tentions within the meaning of 10 CFR S2.714.
