Dear Mr. Finkel:
About 2 weeks ago, Mr. K. H. Sebra questioned you about the acceptance of test data submitted by Amphenol Space and "issle Systems for Spare Electrical Penetration for Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Pcver Plant.

I The report No. 123-223h as submitted by Amphenol for our approval is unacceptable to Baltimore Gas and Electric Company because it does not describe the test results in detail. We have requested Amphenol several times to give us copies of the actual test data and Ampher.al considers this to be the proprietary information.
NRC Bulletin 79-01 requires Utilities to review and maintain this data on file. As requested by you, ve are enclosing copies of our corre-spondence with Amphenol and a copy of their Report No. 122-2234 for your review and advise if the data as submitted is acceptable to NRC.
Please review the enclosed documents and advise us of your comments.
