Enclosed is Certificate of Compliance No. 6078, Revision No. 6, for the Models Nos. 927Al and 927Cl shipping packages. This certificate supersedes, in its entirety, Certificate of Compliance No. 6078, Revision No. 5, dated December 10, 1979.
Changes made to the enclosed certificate are indicated by vertical lines in the margin.
Combustion Engineering, Inc. and Arkansas Power & Light Company have been registered as users of these packages under the general license provisions of 10 CFR 571.12(b) or 49 CFR 5173.393a.
This approval constitutes authority to use these packages for shipment of radioactive material and for the packages to be shipped in accordance with the provisions of 49 CFR 5173.393a.
Please note that this approval has been renewed until September 30, 1970.
In order to renew the approval beyond this date, provide revised drawings showing all materials of construction, dimensions, materials, and closures (bolts) for significant safety features by June 1, 1980.
