This letter will also confirm my understanding of our agreement that Mr. Simmons will be available for deposition on April 4, 1980 and April 5, 1980, if necessary, at the law offices of Lowenstein, Newman, Reis and Axelrad in Washingt'on, D.
C. instead of the dates originally listed in his subpoena.
