LICENSEE'S MOTION TO COMPEL DISCOVERY OF INTERVENOR THREE MILE ISLAND ALERT, INC.

Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. S 2. 740 (f) , Licensee moves the Li-censing Board for an order compelling Intervenor Three Mile Island Alert, Inc. (" TMIA" ) to respond to " Licensee's First Set of Interrogatories to Intervenor Three Mile Island Alert, Inc.",

dated January 14, 1980, within ten days from the date of issuance of such order by the Board. Under the Commission's Regulations, responses to these interrogatories were initially due on February 4, 1980. Subsequently, the Board extended the response time un-til March 17, 1980, but enjoined the parties to use diligence in responding as soon as possible. TMIk has filed neither responses nor objections to Licensee's January 14, 1980 discovery requests.
