On February 15, 1980, CSW, et al filed and served their Objection to Request for Produc-tion of Documents and Motion for Protective Order Pursuant to the Second Set of Interrogatories from Houston Lighting and Power Company ("HLP") and HLP's Second Request for Production go64090%f

On February 22, 1980, COW, et al filed and served their Objection to the Second Set of Interrogatories and Request for Production of Documents by the Public Utilities Board of the City of Brownsville, Texas and Motion for Protec-tive Order.
On February 19, 1980, attorneys for CSW, et al filed and served the Answers of West Texas Utilities Company to Interrogatories Propounded by HLP, Finally, in response to the Public Utilities Board of the City of Brownsville, Texas First Set of Interrogatories and Request for Production of Documents, CSW et al made available additional documents from the files of CSW Services Inc.
In addition, CSW et al is continuing the search for additional documents.
