COME NOW TEXAS UTILITIES COMPANY ("TU"), TEXAS UTILITIES GENERATING COMPANY ("TUGCO"), DALLAS POWER & LIGHT COMPANY ("DPL"),

TEXAS ELECTRIC SERVICE COMPANY ("TESC0"), and TEXAS POWER & LIGHT COMPANY ("TPL"), all collectively referred to as "TU Companies",
