Miami Valley Power Project is interested in what you wold charge if you were subpoened to testify at the X Zimmer Power Station - Unit 1 Operating License Hearings regarding the status of theinfomation available frem the Mark II Owners Group.

We would be interested in you quoting a fee by hour and XI also a fee per diem. We would appreciate it if you mld also quote what funds wrma you wculd need for travel, housing and food.
