Dear Mr. Power:

This is in response to your letter dated March 8,1980 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, access to the entire contents of each issue of " Weekly Highlights" printed by the NRC (or its predecessor, the AEC) during the years 1974, 1975, and 1976.

In response to your request, publication of the internal NRC report

" Weekly Highlights" began in 1976. Therefore, there are no 1974 or 1975 reports. Additionally, since there is no. requirement for maintaining back issues, the 1976 reports have been discarded.

Consequently, there are no records subject to your request.
