SUMMARY
OF MEETING HELD ON FEBRUARY 22, 1980 WITH SOUTH CAROLINA ELECTRIC AND GAS COMPANY On February 22, 1980, we met with representatives of South Carolina Electric and Gas Company (SCE&G) and its consultants to discuss the technical specifications that had been drafted for the Summer facility. The persons attending the meeting are listed in the Enclosure.
In the meeting we described the process that would be used to develop technical specifications that would be issued when an operating license was authorized.
We then discussed specific comments that we had on SCE&G's initial draft of the technical specifications.
