Dear Mr. Grier:
4 NRC Inspection and Enforcement Bulletin 79-28 addresses defects in certain NAMCO model EA180 series switches, as reported by NAMCO under the requirements of 10CFR Part 21.
/
We have reviewed the application of such switches at Shoreham and have determined that affected switches were procured as a result of Bulletin 78-04.
These switches shall be returned to NAMCO for rework, as stated in the attachment to Bulletin 79-28, and documentation will be required to verify completion of the modifications.
