The season index numbers in the tables are defined as follows:

Season 1, March, April, May Season 2, June, July, Au6ust Season 3, September, October, November Season 4, December, January, February The stability indices in the tables are related to stability conditions defined in Table 2-3 as follows: A is called stability index 1; 3 is index 2, etc.
